Welcome to Black LAX Limo. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations are confirmed once payment details are provided and processed.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Alternate payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App may be available through your assigned driver.
  • A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
  • For charges exceeding $500, a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the card is required.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time to avoid charges.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full fare.
  • Please note: Transaction fees for prepaid bookings are non-refundable, even if the reservation is canceled.

3. Delayed Flights & Schedule Changes

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any flight delays or changes.
  • Please notify our office at 657-888-6098 or contact your driver directly.
  • You may also email us using airport Wi-Fi if needed.
  • If a flight is delayed by more than 1–2 hours, we reserve the right to assign a different driver or modify arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we are not liable for delays caused by airlines or airport operations.

4. Waiting Time

  • For airport pickups, the following grace periods apply:
    • Domestic flights: 30 minutes after flight arrival
    • International flights: 60 minutes after flight arrival
  • Additional wait time will be billed at $50 per interval.
  • Please include adequate buffer time for customs, immigration, and baggage retrieval when scheduling.

5. Gratuity Policy

  • A minimum gratuity may be automatically included in prepaid or third-party bookings.
  • If prepaid, you are not expected to tip the driver at the time of service.
  • All drivers are expected to deliver a high standard of professional service.

6. Hourly Charters

  • Hourly service is offered within county limits only.
  • Travel outside of the service area will incur a different rate. Please contact us for custom quotes and arrangements.

7. Vehicle Cleanliness & Fees

We take pride in maintaining clean, comfortable vehicles for every client. The following cleaning fees may apply:

  • Liquid spills, food messes, or strong odors
  • Excessive pet hair
  • Damage to vehicle interior

Fees are determined reasonably by the chauffeur based on the extent of cleaning required.

8. Pet Policy

  • Pets must be in a carrier or kennel at all times during the ride.
  • Service animals are permitted to sit on the floor, ideally with a blanket or mat provided.
  • A $50 cleaning fee may apply for excess pet hair or messes.
  • Please notify us in advance if you plan to travel with pets.

9. Chauffeur Vehicles & Conduct

  • Many of our drivers operate independently owned vehicles under the Black LAX Limo brand.
  • We ask that all clients treat chauffeurs with respect, as mutual courtesy ensures a smooth and professional experience.
  • Our chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and dedicated to providing premium service.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Black LAX Limo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, legal, or behavioral concerns.
